The build to rent (BTR) and single-family housing (SFH) sectors continue their upward trajectory in 2024, with residents awarding the highest average ratings to date. The 2025 HomeViews & Rightmove Report offers a resident-driven snapshot of how developments across the UK are performing. This year’s average overall rating hit 4.53, continuing a steady upward trend – a testament to the sector’s ongoing commitment to quality and innovation.
