The Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference (YASC) Europe 2025 brought together over 800 industry leaders, clients, and partners for two days of learning and collaboration in London. Here are the key highlights:
A Celebration of Innovation
Neal Gemassmer opened the event by reflecting on Yardi’s journey from its founding in 1984 to becoming a global leader in real estate technology. With over 15,000 clients in 120 countries, Yardi continues to innovate across multiple sectors – from residential, student housing, and commercial to venturing into new European markets such as senior living and self-storage.
“Senior living is also something new for us from a European point of view, and we’re currently working with one of the largest owners and operators of senior living. It not only includes the back office of accounting and the facility management portion, but also the medicine and distribution.”
Leadership and Culture
Rob Teel, Yardi’s newly appointed CEO, emphasised the company’s unique culture and stability:
- 43 years privately held
- 20-year average tenure for VPs
- A commitment to clients first, employees second, growth third
“Our motto is ‘take care of our clients, take care of our employees and grow’, and you come first for a reason. We’re always looking at ways to help you grow with new opportunities and innovation – I like to partner with a company and not just develop something in a black box.”
This consistency enables Yardi to innovate while maintaining strong client partnerships.
Convergence between Traditional Office & Coworking
Rob Teel also highlighted the convergence between traditional offices and coworking spaces. He mentioned that Yardi Kube was initially deployed to traditional coworking operators. However, over the past five years, many commercial office owners have begun introducing amenities to entice employees back to the office.
For example, having more events, such as rooftop yoga, means conference rooms and other amenities need to be reserved. Sometimes, even monetised.
“Once it starts converging into your AR, it’s important that you have the tools to do that. We’re seeing a lot of our traditional office owners begin to deploy Yardi Kube to manage their amenities. Not just to run a full coworking operation, which Yardi Kube is very good at, but also, to manage amenities within a traditional office building.”
Voyager 8: The Next Generation
One of the biggest announcements was Voyager 8, a major UI upgrade designed for:
- Dashboard-driven navigation
- Enhanced visualisations such as stacking plans and floor plans
- Collaboration tools, including activity threads and to-do lists
- New dashboards for collections, cash management, and period close
Upgrades are streamlined, minimising disruption for existing clients.

AI Innovation
AI was a central theme, with Yardi showcasing Yardi Virtuoso and practical applications:
- Smart Lease: AI-powered lease abstraction
- Smart AP: Intelligent invoice approval suggestions
- ChatIQ: Conversational AI for resident engagement and renewals
- AI-assisted communication tools for faster, smarter interactions
Rob Teel also highlighted partnerships with OpenAI and Anthropic, ensuring innovative capabilities across Yardi’s product suite.
Expanding Horizons
Yardi continues to invest in new verticals, and the opening session explored Yardi’s Roadmap, which included:
- Senior Living: Integrated solutions for care, medicine distribution, and facility management
- Self-Storage: End-to-end platforms for consumer and back-office operations
- Student Housing: Second-generation Student IQ platform for streamlined operations
Philanthropy at Heart
The event closed with a reminder of Yardi’s commitment to giving back. Every Yardi office worldwide supports local charities, focusing on humanitarian aid, education, and homelessness – made possible through client partnerships.
Thanks for Attending YASC 2025!
A huge thank you to our clients, ICN partners, and Team Yardi for making YASC Europe 2025 a success. Together, we’re shaping the future of real estate technology.
“Just on the way back from Yardi’s YASC Europe 2025 conference at The O2 Intercontinental in London for what was an inspiring couple of days! It was refreshing to see Yardi’s desire for feedback from its users, not claiming to be perfect but striving for it with each bit of feedback implemented for improvement. Huge thanks to the Yardi team and everyone who shared their insights.”
Daniel Bullen, Head of Sales, Hope Park Workspaces
It’s always impressive to see the latest developments from Yardi, not just in terms of functionality, but also the thoughtful evolution of the user interface. The attention to end-user experience is clear, and it’s encouraging to see usability being treated as a core feature, not an afterthought. For me the real value of YASC lies in the opportunity to get hands-on with the products, explore bolt-on modules, and engage directly with the teams behind them.”
