Yardi is delighted to be named Proptech Company of the Year by the National Landlord Investment Show Awards, in recognition of the success of their Yardi Breeze Premier solution, designed for small to medium size businesses.
This award recognises excellence in delivering technology solutions that drive value to clients across the landlord and property sector. Yardi was announced the winner at the Landlord Investment Show (LIS) awards on Thursday, November 17.

The judging panel consisted of experts from all corners of the landlord and property investment sector including Ben Beadle, chief executive of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), a membership body that represents over 100,000 landlords across England and Wales; Paul Mahoney, CEO of Nova Financial Group; Vanessa Warwick, founder of Property Tribes, Helen Chorley, property investor and TV presenter and other major industry experts.
