Yardi
Yardi was established in 1984 as a modest start-up, Yardi Systems, Inc. has grown dramatically over the last two decades to become the leading provider of high-performance software solutions for the real estate industry. Today, we employ over 2000 dedicated professionals working in offices throughout North America, Europe, and Asia and Australia.

Since its founding, Yardi has set the standard for real estate software solutions with a combination of responsiveness and technical innovation. We understand the unique needs of the industry's various segments and have the technical expertise and vision necessary to translate that understanding into powerful solutions that meet and exceed those needs.

Yardi Systems in Europe
In 2002 Yardi Systems opened its first offices in Europe as the company embarked on a strategy that focused on providing high quality service and support at a local level, as well as globally. The company initially opened offices in London and Amsterdam and in 2008 opened its first German office located in Düsseldorf.

Yardi acquired UK software company Advanced Program Base Limited in February 2007 and moved the company’s UK headquarters to their facilities in Milton Keynes. APB was a great addition to Yardi's fully-integrated property management offering, and confirms our continued commitment to the European marketplace. By combining our global Yardi team with the APB team we have created an industry expertise unsurpassed in the marketplace, delivering enhanced development and support to the European real estate market.
